■ In the case of pre-order (lottery) reception:
When preparing tickets, we will secure adjacent seats whenever possible. However, if we cannot provide adjacent seats, we will inform you on the application page under "Notes" for the respective performance. (Example: Seats may not be available in consecutive order). If there are no notes regarding seating in the "Notes" section, please assume that adjacent seats will be secured. Please note that even if you make additional purchases later, there is a possibility that seats may not be adjacent.
■ In the case of general sales (first-come-first-served):
Generally, we will secure adjacent seats. However, if we cannot provide adjacent seats, a checkbox will be displayed on the application screen indicating that adjacent seats cannot be secured and asking for your understanding if seats are separated.
