Refunds will only be issued if the event organizer decides to implement refunds due to performance cancellation, change, or postponement.

Cancellations, changes, or refunds of tickets due to customer circumstances are not permitted.
■ In the case of pre-order (lottery) reception:
During the pre-order (lottery) period only, you can cancel or change your order in 'Application History'.
*After the pre-order (lottery) period has ended, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Please note that after the pre-order (lottery) period has ended, you will not be able to cancel your order, even before the lottery results have been confirmed.
