QR tickets can be shared with individuals other than the purchaser for entry on the day of the event.
There are four methods of sharing: Email, LINE, Facebook Messenger, and URL.
(1) Press the "Share" button.
(2) Select the ticket you want to share.
(3) Choose your preferred sharing method:
Email ⇒ Enter the recipient's email address and press the "Send" button.
LINE ⇒ Select the recipient's account and send a message.
Facebook Messenger ⇒ Specify the recipient and send a message.
URL ⇒ Select the green mark to automatically copy the URL. Use this URL for sharing.
(4) The recipient will receive a notification email (message) with the QR code display instructions.
Access the URL in the message, enter the recipient's email address, and receive the QR ticket.
Please note:
Tickets can be shared multiple times with no limit on the number of shares.
However, only one share will be valid for entry at the event.
Once a ticket has been used for entry, it cannot be used again.
It is not possible to cancel a share after it has been sent.
If a ticket is shared with the wrong person, please share it again with the correct recipient.
