Regarding the issuance of receipts, after the payment is confirmed, you can issue it yourself by clicking the "Receipt Issuance" button in the“My Order” page (Track My Order) > "Application Details" section.
If you wish to issue a receipt, please follow the steps below.
[Receipt Issuance Procedure]
1. Click the "Receipt Issuance" button in the "Application Details" > "Payment Amount" section at the bottom of the performance for which you want to issue a receipt.
2. Enter the name and click the "Receipt Issuance" button.
3. Click the "Open Receipt (PDF)" button to issue the receipt as a PDF file.
Please note:
* We do not offer postal delivery. If you require a paper receipt, please print it yourself.
* The ticket issuance fee is included in the issuance amount only if the ticket issuance process is completed.
* For second or subsequent issuances, the receipt will indicate "Reissue."
* Some applications may not be able to issue receipts using the above procedure.
For tickets where the receipt issuance button is not displayed despite payment being made,
please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" if you require a receipt to be issued.
* We do not aggregate receipts for multiple performances or issue receipts for partial amounts.
* Receipts are issued only in Japanese.
